As with the second version set I bought the craftsmanship is outstanding. I originally thought this set would have been in a smaller box but I'm glad it was not. With the larger box you're able to carry more supplies all ready for you in the travel box.
The adhesive for the float holder failed before I opened the box. The bamboo dividers that separate all the equipment into cubbies were also broken loose during shipping. It isn't worth the trouble to return or request a replacement, so I'll just make the repairs myself.
The box aside, everything included was in great shape and I do enjoy the completeness of the kit.

Considering that I purchased the item in early December and have yet to receive it, then my experience has been less than desirable.
It sat in some over seas processing for well over a week. Miraculously, after I sent an email and received a response that stated it’s after hours for them (not sure where they are) and would check the next day, the order began to move. No further response or apology or follow up so the order yet again moved for a couple of days through transit to sit again in some form of customs processing.
Since this was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, I’m am less than pleased with the level of service and customer care. I understand this time of year is a challenge for shipping, but it is interesting to see the dozens of other online purchases arrive on time or early from various retailers and this one set with no care from the business. Clearly, you need to fire your shipping company and choose one that can handle the movement.

We’d also like to share some additional context—not as an excuse, but for transparency. This product includes powdered fishing bait in three different colors. Because powdered materials are considered sensitive by many carriers, our shipping options are more limited, and these shipments often undergo additional inspection, which can result in longer transit and customs processing times compared to standard parcels. Even so, we recognize that better communication and follow-up on our part would have helped, and we’re sorry that you didn’t feel properly supported along the way.
